It's also a cheaper one time purchase than a year's worth of Roll20 subscriptions (if you like dynamic lighting and more space) and definitely cheaper than Fantasy Grounds's one time purchase. That said, for free, you can't beat Roll20.

It does not offer changing multiple lights at once, though, which FGU does. Theoretically you could emulate copy & paste via layer duplication in FGU, but merging layers doesn't seem to be offered (and UNDO of light layers fails, while undo of wall layers works).
