WebI make it only from single shot, because I'm trying not to drink more than 3 single shots per day. So my recipe is: 1 espresso shot, 100ml high quality tonic water, ice cubes to fill the glass and some lime juice. I prefer to use lighter roasts and together with the bitterness of tonic water and sourness of lime it really makes refreshing drink :-)
