If both of those are still happening above, then you need to restart wabbajack, especially after implementing those fixes. Just follow the readme in your modlist otherwise, that both wabba and your new games file folder are not hidden in program files.

To do so go to managed games in Vortex, click on the 3 dots on Skyrim Se, then manually set the location.
